How ultrasonic cleaner works:
The ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly composed of an ultrasonic signal generator transducer and a cleaning tank. The high-frequency oscillation signal of the ultrasonic signal generator is converted into a high-frequency mechanical oscillation of tens of thousands of times per second by the transducer, and ultrasonic waves are formed in the cleaning liquid (medium). It radiates forward in the cleaning liquid in the way of alternating high frequency of positive pressure and negative pressure, causing numerous tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid to constantly generate and continuously burst, which is called the cavitation effect. When the bubble bursts, it can form an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 atmospheres, and produce a series of explosions to release huge energy, forming a huge impact on the surroundings, thus continuously impacting the surface of the workpiece, so that the dirt on the working surface and gap can be quickly peeled off to achieve the purpose of surface purification of the workpiece.
