How to use ultrasonic cleaner more safely
Drying the ultrasonic cleaner will seriously damage the ultrasonic cleaning! Please fill at least half of the height of the cleaning solution. Do not exceed the maximum amount of tick cavity on the liquid surface.
Solvent-based ultrasonic cleaning of chambers that do not contain flammable liquids. Because of the need for flammable organic solvents, targeted Elma's X Tea LSM cleaning operation was selected.
Caution: Ultrasonic waves can accelerate the evaporation of liquids, and can form a layer of liquid on the surface of the mist, which will cause combustion contact with fire sources.
Non-acidic liquid is directly stored in the stainless steel cleaning tank. Stainless steel cleaning tanks may be damaged for a short time due to crevice corrosion. Household cleaners often contain corrosive substances and other reasons. Please select the type of special cleaner. If you want to use abrasive cleaners for cleaning, we recommend that you use plastic cleaning tanks to prevent corrosion.
Place for cleaning
The cleaning material does not directly contact the bottom of the cavity, please put in a stainless steel basket for operation. Please remove large particles, rust residue and other deposits, which will cause the same damage to the cleaning tank.
If using powder or granular cleaning media from other suppliers, make sure that the media can be completely dissolved in the cleaning solution, otherwise the residual powder or particles covering the bottom surface of the ultrasonic cleaning work will cause the bottom layer to be corroded or form the bottom surface .
Washing fluid
For the surface materials and contaminants of the material being purified, select the appropriate cleaning agent. Experts and product data are invited to provide advice on selecting the most appropriate dosage and the most compatible agent binding. If water is used as the medium, it is recommended that you add an appropriate amount of water Elma cleaning agent to improve the cleaning effect. Elma Chemical Cleaner contains a surfactant, which will reduce the surface tension of the cleaning medium tank, and is specially designed for ultrasonic cleaning, so that the ultrasonic distribution is uniform.
