How Ultrasonic Cleaning Works
The ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of an ultrasonic signal generator, transducer, and cleaning tank. The high-frequency oscillation signal is converted into mechanical oscillation by the transducer, forming ultrasonic waves in the cleaning liquid. These waves radiate forward in alternating positive and negative pressure, creating numerous tiny bubbles that constantly generate and burst (cavitation effect). When bubbles burst, they create instantaneous high pressure exceeding 1000 atmospheres, producing explosions that release enormous energy.
